Megashares FTP Upload

I tried researching for over an hour and nothing, can anyone teach me how to do it?

Using your favorite FTP client, sign in with your My Megashares account and upload files.

The megashare faq does state that ftp upload is possible.

You do need the ftp address to upload to, the faq does list ftp.megashares.com:8921 as being for site to site ftp upload but does not give the address and port number for regular ftp upload. The ftp address will probably be the same, only the port will be different. It should give that somewhere in your account.
