New JDownloader and Megashares.com help?

August 5th, 2016

Hey guys,
I was trying to download a recent upload for [MS] Gran.Torino.PROPER.DVDR-CLUE. However, when I try to download it, the download initiates but stops around 5% at around 500 mb. I know that is that limit for free users, but I used to use the older version of JDownloader and it would wait out the time for the 500 mb to recycle and would continue downloading. How come it is not happening in the latest version of JDownloader?

And for the waiting problem, I don’t know if the Megashares waiting works but, as a quick test, try Rapidshare. Because for Rapidshars downloading, you have to wait 15 minutes between each download to start the next one. And jDownloader auto-waits 15 minutes. See if it works. Go to the eBooks section and download something above 5MB with rapidshare.

i didn’t try rapidshare, but I did try hotfile because that was one of the other locations where I could download the same movie. Anyway, the hotfile links have been working so far. So why aren’t the megashares links working? I let the single .img file download until it reached the 500 mb limit for free users and then it stopped. I expected it to start again after the time restriction was over, but it didn’t. I tsaid that “file not found” when I tried to restart it, even though it is actually there. And then when I tried to enable it and restart it, the status said “aborted”. What’s going on? The only way it starts to download again is if I reset it, but that starts downloading from the beginning again.

jdownloader new version working fine

Seriously, no body else is having this problem… This seems really strange to me!
Answer #7
From which thread did you get that file? Maybe I’ll download it and upload to rapidshare.
Answer #8
Don’t worry… I was able to find the movie on rapidshare, but this is happening with all megashares links that are larger than 500mb. I really like using megashares because many people upload full .iso movies there. But, now I can’t use it anymore because I keep on getting stopped with my downloads at around 500mb.

Getting a premium account isn’t that expensive. Actually you’ll be downloading things that would’ve cost you way more so, it’s a blessing.
