MakeMusic Finale 2008 Question

I was wondering if its possible for Finale to create piano sheet music just from listening to an mp3 of only piano song? I have quite a few mp3’s of only piano songs on my computer, but I don’t have the sheet music, therefore I was wondering if Finale has the ability to make a sheet music from that mp3? If so, can someone plz tell me how I can go about doing this? thanks

It’d be very messy. Unless the file is a midi file. Some softwares now can do it. Search around =)

I have only used finale a few times
But I don’t think that it is possible It will probably be easier to hunt down the sheet music
Because even if that feature was available, any errors or slight changes in temp throughout the performance will be enough to throw the whole time signature and beats per bar completely off
Leaving you with a complete mess, even if all the notes are correct
Plus, the dynamics will not be too accurate
