CCleaner, its freeware and the best. But common myth is that one should use ton of registry cleaners which is false. Only programs that need to delete registries are viruses, they do that so they can cripple your OS. Which is why its recommended to delete regetries yourself through regedit that way you know what you are doing. If you have no idea about the registry then you should not play with it.

CCleaner isn’t a good registry cleaner at all. And if you install and unistall programs quite a bit its best to clean your registry. For example I unistalled MS Office and scanned with Eusing and it picked up over 3000 registry entries after scanning and cleaning with CCleaner.

Registry Clean Expert works well on Windows 7 and doesn’t overdo things, I have found out..
Also Tuneup Utilities 2010 works well on Win7

Never used any of the programs above, the one I used is Tuneup 2010 – it works just awesome, and it has also many features not only Registry Cleaning. Try it mate.
