I record games while I play them but sometimes the FPS drops or the game lag so which is the best software to clean RAM to free out some RAM for the game to use, I have 4GB RAM

As i know some RAM cleaner program can’t help you much – only additional amount of RAM can help you.

Don’t think ram is your issue.
Have you monitored your CPU usage?
Video recording is very CPU intensive, and that’s probably your bottleneck.
