Looking for a Proxy

I’m looking for a good and cheap proxy that won’t cap my bandwidth (which is about 2.5Mbps when downloading from a premium hosting site) that will mask my I.P. that will make it look visible from U.S. and U.K. I checked out the one that been advertised on lately Proxy.sh but to get masking from England is 20$/month which is to much. Anyone know of any good reliable ones that will allow me to switch between U.S. and U.K. easily.

Surely you should be looking for a VPN, not a proxy :S
