Live PC Wallpaper

Here in my setup i have several PCs which are connected to a server PC. I want to put a live wallpaper on all slave PCs which should display any live messages which are broadcasted by the Server. Any software which can fulfill my equipment? Please let me know.

As far as I know, there is no live Wallpaper for Windows. Most programs showing messages are screensaver and yes, there are animated ones as well.
But you can do it with a bit ugly workaround.
1. Create 2 Background-Images on each client pc
2. set them as slide show and set the intervall to 10s
3. create a scheduled task on the server that starts a batch file that overwrites the background-images from the clients with one from the server (due to the slideshow effect 1 might be in use, so therefore the other one can be overwritten at least. )
4. as a result anything you paint on that server picture is distributed to the clients after 10s in maximum.
