I have an Lg kp 500, and i used HANDSET LOCK ,i use a code to lock handset but now i forgot the code how to unlock?

but look.he can’t acces to dial because his handset is locked he can’t do that,he just can make call to 911, but i suggest to go on a mobile shop or something when you can format your phone
