that works too @ but if the fan is clogged with dust then he will run into issues down the line even if he has a laptop cooler.
Answer #5
Do what and mentioned and:
– Clean out the dust from your laptop’s vents
– Purchase a cooling pad
Also, ensure that your laptop is always on a hard, flat surface when running under heavy load to allow proper airflow under the laptop. To be completely honest though, you’re going to damage your laptop if you keep playing games that it can’t handle. You should consider investing in a gaming Desktop/gaming console for any serious gaming

I don’t see a need for a cooling pad, Proper cleaning & Re-applying thermal paste would do.
You should refer to your laptop’s service manual:

Also, You your gonna have to purchase a number of things to accomplish this task:
1. Thermal Paste, Can be found in any local computer store, I recommend you go with Arctic cooling MX-4.
2. Pure alcohol bottle of 90% purity or higher (can be found at most commercial pharmacies, And by commercial I mean ones that serve the general public, Not one in your nearby clinic)
I’d advise against using a 70% one, It doesn’t evaporate completely and leaves water residue!
3. Cotton balls & Q-Tips (which you’ll use in conjunction with the alcohol to clean up the thermal paste from the Heatsink/CPU) these can be found at any supermarket.
4. A small paint brush (to clean up the dust) can be found at any hardware store:

Goodluck!
