Laptop Advice

Guys, I am looking for a laptop, price within $650. I am a student and hence for me the following are absolutely needed
-Portability, ill be carrying it around so it has to be lite and portable.
-Fairly powerful, cause I will be programming on it
-A good battery life, I guess this is the same as the first point, but its an important

Given the requirements, I think going with an ultrabook would be best.

Personally, I like the Dell one better (Bigger screen, 32GB SSD vs 24, 4 USB3 ports vs 1, And a 6 cell battery vs 3)
