Magic, apparently If no one is sharing, whom will you get the torrent from? Wait a few hours and retry or find a different torrent / tracker.

The answer will be basically NO under normal circumstances, but there might be a couple of tricks.
1) Try downloading the torrent through http://zbigz.com or similar sites which download the torrent data onto their own storage, and you can then download the same as a direct download. Their caching speed is pretty fast, so if the torrent even have 1 or 2 seeds, it will be downloaded.
2) You can request the torrent uploader to re-seed the torrent, by messaging them or commenting on the upload.
3) You can try adding some popular trackers to the tracker list of the torrent. This doesn't always work, but some of the times you might get additional seeders.
4) You can try googling the files that torrent contains, or the torrent itself, if it is still alive in some corner of the internet.

A lot of users have such an issue.
Many torrent websites never have the accurate data with respect to seeders/leechers.
some might have zero seeds and others might be showing a lot of them.
So basically search for a lot of ‘Working’ trackers. (Avoid private trackers, as they cause pain in the neck by asking username and password all the time)
You might want to try Vuze, as it has the feature of swarm merging.
So how I use it:
I download the same movie(for example) from 2-4 uploaders (ONLY WITH THE SAME SIZE) [Not Always possible, but has worked for me a lot of times]
Then if the size matches along with content, it is merged from the other torrents in your client(Vuze).
By using this technique I have finished like 10-20 torrents with zero seeds and only a few leechers.
(File A has 1 leecher having 40% of the movie while file B has 2 leechers with 60%, so I connect to both of them and merge both the swarms)
This also significantly increases the torrent download speed.
