That can delete all traces of internet use here at work? Just curious.

Thanks for the fast reply! Will this just clean out my cookies or will it prevent any logging onto their server?

Yes this will sweep things such as:
Cookies
History Files
Content Temporary Files
Auto-Complete Password
Auto-Complete Form Data

Nor sure what you mean by logging onto their server.

well, doesn’t the server which I logon to eachday at work to access my desktop, tracks each time I visit the internet? Or are you firmiliar with how that works? Or if they were to investigate, how would they know I was on the net?

It is likely that your work computers are connected to a server, these servers can log all the websites that you visit. If you know they are standalone computers you could install the software stated above and then uninstall them without anyone knowing.
