I need a program

Hi,i need a program which allows or have an option to dark face of a person,to be darkness,not to see clearly but face to be darkness and program which allows to obtain 2 minutes duration clips into one whole clip???for example i have clips which duration is 2 minutes and want to obtain them all into one clip,is it possible??I need program which have this 2 options.

Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas or Lightworks. Tuts on youtube, google for “mask face” or “blur face” + the program you’ll use.

If your trying to get an 1 click and done program. There are NONE. It will take a bit of time to edit the face since it move every frame.
For your other question. Any movie editor will be able to join 2 video into one.
