Anyone know any game similar to this, please do tell.

Ok, maybe I should have written it better.
I don’t want there to be phones or cars or anything, just you alone on an island surviving, nothing more..

Yes, there is, it’s an indie game from about 2006/7/8 ish.
I can’t remember the name, but it exists.

The Sims 2:Castaway Stories.This is an expansion pack for the Sims 2.
Also Try Lost:the game(made after the TV show).
