Is it Possible to run 32-bit Apps on 64-bit OS i.e. Win 7?

I have 64-bit Win 7 installed on a laptop and right now i want to run Microsoft Publisher 2007 on it which is 32-bit…How can i run it on 64-bit Win 7…because I can’t find 64-bit MS Publisher anywhere…

well yeah, but i’ve been running windows 7 64 bit since it’s release on my desktop and before that vista 64 bit, never encountered any problems trying to install certain software

First problem I had when moving to 64 was using Sandboxie, think they’ve got a specific version out now though that works

well yeah, but stuff like sandboxie and virusscanners are some more advanced compared to something like flashget or something

sandboxie diden’t work for me either… on 64 but all the others work fine

try running in compatibility mode, or snag the 2010 beta from ms / beta section here they have 64bit afaik.

You can run 32bit apps on 64bit OS! Thats why you have Program Files and Program Files (x86)

i did try compatibility mode.. but it didnt work… where is this beta?

Plus the fact that Office 2007 isn’t a certain “bitage” . Its simply both combined.

publisher 2010 works on my win 7 64 bit fine i have 4 gigs of ram
