I see object/rocketdock on it. That are the bars with the applications on it.
The clock is probably from rainmeter. If you want that specific clock, be prepared to search a bit.
No single clue about the music player. I got hotkeys for them on my keyboard so I don’t use/need them. =/
Edit: Scratch that about the musicplayer. It’s iTunes. Look at the taskbar.
