Is it Possible to get my own FTP_Server Address

I would Dearly like to get an FTP_Server Address for my own Storage purpose, and possibly in the future, provide freinds to retreive file from this (my New) FTP Address...

get filezilla ftp server, most powerful ftp server out there, easy to setup (kinda) and is open source
be warned that running an FTP server requres a lot of bendwidth
