Internet connection live monitoring software

Hi i just recently started playing APB:Reloaded and ran into a piece of software called panda media booster which is installed with the apb game.
Its said to cause some of the lag problems with the game by using bandwidth
in the background. I am looking for a software tool that will let me monitor
all my out going and incoming internet traffic live. Thanks for any help and advice
you maybe able to provide.
