I don’t know who uses KAV anymore…ok you have paid version, so does it have a firewall?
If do, than go to Settings – Protection – Firewall – Configure application rules – find software that you want to block – deny. That’s it.

Windows has an inbuilt program to do this for you.. For Win 10 its Windows Firewall with advanced security. Previous Windows have similar, may or may not have different names.. Any way disallow incoming or outgoing transmissions with it to programs… No need for other progs, if you use windows…
(If you havnt used a prog like this it can seem simple, but aint.. google it if thats the case..)

It’s a great help ! Unfortunately “Kaspersky Anti-Virus” don’t have network rules options! Only “Kaspersky Internet Security” have network rules! Windows has an inbuilt program to do this for you.. Thank you for help too !
I already tried Windows 7 Firewall! But after some tests the Windows 7 Firewall does not block a software connection in an application! I tried to add 2 or 3 applications at the firewall rules but the firewall didn’t block the applications internet connections!
It must be a solution!
Thank you for help guys!

Windows 7 doesn’t block outbound connections, just those who are coming. @OP: Get either Private firewall or Netlimiter or KIS from here.

If you don’t want to some software connect to its website (for activation…etc) you can block that website in Hosts file, turn off KAV, go to Windows – System32 – Drivers – Etc – open Hosts with notepad and add this line: 127.0.0.1 www.yoursite.com

“Windows 7 doesn’t block outbound connections” = Correct
NetLimiter didn’t work… same as Windows!
I´ll try Private firewall!

It is a tool, and a very effective one which I’ve forgotten, thank you for reminding it. Sorry about netlimiter, I thought it had an option to block inbound connections, it’s been time since I last used it.

Netlimiter has a firewall option to block in/out connections! I made a rule with it but the software still communicates

Which software if I may ask?

, i’m trying to block “Marvelous Designer”!
I tested a little tool called “Firewall App Blocker”! Also didn’t work!
It seems that some applications sucessfully make internet connection even when are blocked on the firewall!
The one firewall that works so far is Outpost Firewall, but the problem remains… Kaspersky Anti-Virus + Outpost Firewall are not “friends”!

Well then try Comodo, it’s supposed to be the best, I’ve personally used this along with Emsisoft Online Armor free (it may be discontinued but it is certainly effective) and monitored the connections to the programs I had when I had Windows and never saw any outbound connections “escaping”. Or you could try KIS too, people swear for it.

Ok, I installed that program, so what you want to block?
