hey guys i need some help i just got a new blackberry bold 2 and its running on 5.0 os by blackberry i wanna know how to u update it to 6.0 i saw many videos on youtube about the update but in middle on the update i get and error when its telling to choose a application that need to be keep installed on your bb after that i cant continue plz if i guys know any site regaurding this problem and how to installing or update from 5.0 to 6.0 plz share it with me thx waiting for your answers

thx for the help bro im going to that site in the mean time this is the error im getting
the blackberry desktop software does not have the blackberry device software for the device that you have connected contact your wireless service provider or system administrator
