install kit kat to s4

Kernel :3.4.5
android : 4,3
it has problem with 3g and also when there my simcard on it , sometimes its no signal, am unreachable.
They said upgrade it to 4.4 with kit kat can be a solution maybe.
Is there anywhere explains step by step how to do it ?
which file to download and how to install…
