I’M sick and tired of having blue screens

November 25th, 2013

Sorry guys but i’m so f*cking pissed off right now, my pc won’t stop having these blue screens, all the f*ckin time! It’s very frustrating trying to play a shooter when u’r mouse constantly has failure and the pc just crashes in game! this sh*t is been going on for too long now, i really want to find an answer to what the cause is of my blue screens!
Things i already did:
-I formatted HD and re-installed windows, problems occures before format and after format.
– I analyzed my dump file and it says it’s sometimes my mouse driver, my nvidia driver, my audio interface driver or something unknown. So I updated all of my driver but they were already up to date.
I noticed that the blue LED in my mouse sometimes fades out and on, so it seems like it doesn’t get enough power or something and that that could be the cause of the crashes??? :s
I really have no fkin id anymore and I want my pc fixed, I didn’t pay money for it to crash all the fkin time! GGGRRRR I so hate windows! (i’m on XP btw)
Thx guys!

What’s the full spec of your PC including PSU make and model.
You can try running memtest for starters and see what it turns up.

This just has to be Hardware Failure ,i think its a case of trial and error finding the offending item, first culprit i would look at is the graphics card.
Answer #3
i had a similar problem, crash dumps blaming different drivers for errors, just like yours.. in the end it was the motherboard, i assume one of the chipsets was faulty/dying..
Sent the board back to ASUS and found out it was the board.
Try another board if you have one..

and what should i do to see if it’s the video card?
and i think my mouse also could be a problem maker, sometimes my mouse has a failure once again and shortly after that the pc freezes and crashes. Sometimes the mouse has failurebut doesn’t crash the pc :s some weird fkin ~love~ going on in my windows! Good job bill gates!! ~censored~

Has it occurred after updating your nVidia driver? It could be related to that. Some nVidia drivers were prone to BSOD’s, I had the problem myself. Another thing could be your memory. I had occasional BSOD’s on a Core 2 system and I am sure it was the memory that was the problem. After using lower timings, lower than this crappy OCZ memory defaults suggest, it is now stable for the first time since I had it. I have to dump this OCZ crap and get some decent memory. Two lots of OCZ I have purchased and I have had problems with both of them.

those crashes started to happen and i was lookin for an answer and then they told my i should update, so i looked but the driver was already up to date, the pc has worked fine without errors or crashes for more then a year :s i didn’t change anything to the hardware and nothing to serious to the software (i think) so I so pissed atm about my piece of sh*t pc

Did you write down any of the stop codes or errors?
Use this to view your previous blue screens.

Open the box, remove and replace all data/power cables making sure they are securely pushed in. Do the same with any cards inside and do the memory also. Whilst you are in there give it a good clean out paying particular attention to the CPU and graphics card heatsink. Check all fans are working. Reset the BIOS to factory default (remove the battery for about 5 minutes).
Once you are happy that everything is clean and secure reboot and see if it fixes anything. If not, remove graphics card and reboot using mobo graphics … if that gives no BSODs then your card is duff. Try the same with memory sticks …… try one at a time and see what happens.
You’d be amazed at what can cause problems. I thought one of my HD’s had gone duff not so long ago and I was cursing the night away at losing all my data and stuff. BUT, I opened the box and discovered a tiny crack in the HD data cable connector. The problem with the HD occurred due to this connector not being tight enough and the vibration (not that it vibrates much) of the PC box over a period made the connector come loose. Now, every time my HD doesn’t show up in Windows Explorer I know what the problem is and I fix it by shoving the connector back in ( I should get a new data cable and I will one day )

yeah it will probably be my hardware, but it’s not up to standards? wtf does that mean dude, u sayin my pc is sh*t? I know it’s not the best hardware, but it’s also 5 years old or sometin and not everybody has the cash to buy a new pc every 2 years :s

Open the system up and make sure there aren’t any blown capacitors on the components or on the motherboard itself. This in itself could cause blue screens, system and power instability. Though, if it boots up, that is unlikely, however a few blown capacitors would still allow your system to boot up, just not partake in any various system hogging events. It could also very well be a driver interfering with other drivers; it’s known to happen on rare occasions.

I think problem is sparking of any device. Like RAM. or any other.
Answer #14
Did you even bother to run Memtest ?
Answer #15
Reboot safe mode and change the bios voltage, or adjust the settings on your monitor and enjoy a different colored error message.
