If I Reformat Question
January 29th, 2020
will i get the programs that installed with it when i bought it (bought it from best buy).. will i still have programs like Powerdirector, Youcam, Windows DVD Maker.. etc?
If those programms where there when you first started your pc yes they will be there if you use the original backup cd that you got from the computer manufacture.
Whether you back up from disk or from a hidden partition on the hard drive, everything that was there when you first started it, should be there unless a tech at the store installed something. If you got free program disks when you bought the PC and you used the disk to install Power Director, then you will have to install them again from disk.
Yes, if you reformat, you will still have the programs that the computer came with.
or you can downlaod them here

No, thats wrong. When i bought a dell computer then had to reformat a couple years later i had to reinstall the programs what came with the computer. I got recover discs and drivers and other software. But you may have some software if the recovery disk is in the recvoery partition of your hard drive.
Only if you formatted with the supplied discs…
