Try This Fix check that the Windows Audio service is started and set to Automatic. In every machine I’ve had this problem with, it’s been set to Manual and isn’t running. Reinstalling the HD Audio software/drivers will invariably get audio running again… until you reboot… because it starts the service, but doesn’t set it to Automatic start.
So Go To Start > Run > Type In services.msc And Just Make Sure That Windows Audio Is Set To Automatic. If Its Already Set To Automatic, Then I Don’t Know The Sound Card Or Motherboard You Have, But You Will Have To Download The Correct Drivers For Your Computer!!!
have you tried un and reinstall of device

Get your latest motherboard driver package and it should include your ethernet/integrated audio drivers.
It’s probably because you didn’t get the specific ones to your motherboard, that’s why there is a ?.
