I need help but very fast please!

I opened the progr and daaam i must say it sucks.. really!!!!I was in shock how bad it was!!!!Even the image.. at the left you got the majority of the screen kind of ads and to the left of the screen the real minority but the most important you have a list of all your contacts.. .
I really didn’t liked it so i deleted the progr and wanted to install msn 2009 that i liked very much BUT NOW IT IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE i get an alert that an older version of msn is installed and that i can t install a new one!!!
I really tried everything but perhaps i can t get away that older version but there is no older version because when i want to start msn it doens’t work.
And yesterday i removed all the systemrecovery points and i got only from today so that is no option too AND NOW I’M NAILED!!!!
Please can somebody help me with this problem?
And why is the image of the new version so bad like i said?
I tried but i couldn’t change it..
Delete registry and everything else with CCleaner and then install 8.5 MSN using this tutorial

I followed the guide step by step but i get stuck when he says go to file then open.. i can t find msn.. exe or something.

Hi people.. this finally helped to delete COMPLETELY the installed version on my pc and after that i can install a new one but now the problem is THAT I REALLY DON T WANT TO USE 2011 and i just want to use 2009 but it seems just like there is almost nothing else available then the 2011 version.. .
This is what helped me:

And select everything to do with Windows Live thats left from the list and remove them
Then delete the Windows live folders in the program files.
And reinstall 2009

Hey man.. i solved my problem yet(AFTER MAYBE 12HOURS!!!!).It is the worst and last solution and that is recovery!
Now i reinstalled back 2009 and i’m happy!The only thing now is that i have to install ALL my older programs that i used.. you know that is a lot of work though!!!!
