i turned my computer off 1 night and turned it back on the night after and everything had gone i have got most things back ect… games apps drivers but theres 1 thing which is still not working and that is my sound! when they did work before.
i have Technika 2.1 speakers… Model: TK21SK02
Its 2 speakers and a subwoofer…
also you might need to know, when i goto Control panel, sound and audio devices i can not move any of them cursers?
please help!
Thanks Craig
chk ur device manager and see if the sound device has an exclamation mark against it
if yes……mostly audio drivers are based on realtek…..i mean they r the most popular…… btw…wich is ur chipset??? i mean the motherboard??
i mean this….chk this pic…
your so stressed out that i could barely understand what your sayin here
what happened in that one night when you turned it back on exactly?
anyways , the speakers are irrelevent , just download the driver for your onboard audio or sound card
if its onboard then get it from the motherboard manufacturer site
by the model (use pcwizard or everest to determine the model)
if its a card then youll have to open up the computer and take it out
to see whats printed on it
well i have still not sloved the problem, and i dont really know what happened when i turned the comp back on because its not my pc its my brothers and he said everything was gone.
please could someone tell me how to know the make and model of my motherboard?
