I need a better Audio converter than Sony Vegas..

Anyone knows one that can multi-task an audio converter than Vegas? Because Vegas can only render one file at a time and it will take too long because I’m converting 30 mp3 files in a row.
Converters with the VBR/Lame Encoder(latest) is what I’m looking for though. Ones with AAC is good enough too, thanks for who can help i need it urgently

dbpoweramp music converter can do it,But it’s restricted by the CPU cores,As in 4 cores = 4 simultaneous encodes.

That’s what I use, it’s really good.
On this pc it is dual core with HT, so get 4 encodes simultaneously

The sophisticated nature of the LAME algorithm makes multithreaded (converting multiple files at once) encoding pretty impossible. You can only set the affinity per core which stuff like dBpa already does.
