I got a gif problem that the wont do its animation

hey guys i got a problem with one of my gif when i got the picture from XP os and then i transfer to windows 7 it dosent do its anime please help

EDIT : sorry.. I may sound crazy by saying Retry it.. is this happens to all of your .gif(s) or just one or two or few?

try ACDSee, or download another program like it.
I had the same problem once, I think that solved it
