how to use proxy in Jdownloader/IDM

please can anybody answer the question mentioned int the title.?

Get IP:port here.
In jD, goto Settings->Download and Connections->Internet & Network . Enter the IP and port there. Restart jD.
In IDM, Downloads->Options->Proxy. Provide the IP:port under http proxy.
It’s kinda hard to find a fast proxy though.
