How to stop Flashget from opening up torrent files?

Make Bittorent the default for .torrent files. Simply download a .torrent file to your computer, right click on it–>Properties–>Change. Select “Bittorent” instead of Flashget and make sure that “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file” is selected (this is for XP, for Vista it should be similar). If you need a .torrent file you can get one here, it’s in an archive:

Open Flashget > Tools > Options > BT and uncheck make flashget the default BT cli …..
