How to protect Rapidshare links and fight reporters ?!

I have lots of files uploaded to a RapidSahre premium account. Recently, most of the games (as Final Fantasy collection) got deleted, so I reuploaded them all. It was pain reuploading over 25 GB with my slow connection as I spent about 2 weeks doing that.
After less than one week later, I found that a lot of them got deleted again (although I changed the names of some of them and password protected them), so I have to go through all this again.. It is really pain in the ass…
In brief, I want to know what is going on these days ?
The files never got deleted ever since I uploaded them the first time (with few exceptions) and now they are all down ?
and please give me some advice to help preventing that (and those damn reporters)..
