What causes rapidshare links to get deleted?

My uploads (and it seems that some ones in particular) keeps getting deleted, and it’s even more annoying because I won’t know about this until I might see someone reports it in a comment or that the whole thread gets closed, so sometimes the upload might stay weeks un-available.
Does rapidshare deletes them by it’s own when making some routine searches or something like that, or that it’s only when someone reports a file?
Because even if my original files get reposted by other people in other forums and might get reported by someone which might have a relation to the specific game, for example, because of the wider exposure, and then rapidshare deletes it, my reuploads sometimes get deleted pretty fast even though I’ve only posted them in (and one more forum), so I don’t think they’ve even already got reposted, but it still gets deleted.
Is there a chance that people here report the files for some reason, or that rapidshare sometimes deletes files by itself?

Most likely they get reported by somebody that posts the same stuff as you…

?… No one here posted the things that I’ve posted and got reported, so if it’s really only because of someone’s reports, then or that some people here are “planted” (but it sounds strange) or that they’re really bored, or that rapidshare deletes the files by itself and you think they don’t search the servers.

only reason is for someone to report them in all…..i had a problem like that once, only because i was part of a different forum for a small amount of time, but figured out the problem real fast……nobody reports em on here, unless they are…well…no way to say it nice so im not ganna say it at all…..but people on here never report them unless its like one of those people who gets banned fast on here…
