How To Overclock Processor?
February 2nd, 2020
Overclocking that garbage processor isn’t going to do you any good.
yeah.I know its garbage.waste processor. But plays GTA IV anyway.with 15fps….i think my graphic card works there.
Can you post some screenshots under CPU-Z.

Not sure if it will work on your cpu….. Its a tool the AMD made them selves.
Also i use to have a cpu like his up till last summer and it worked and did its job.

It won’t work, AMD overdrive is for Phenoms.
fair enough it mostly works on the ones that are based from the Phenomes. You will have to do it the old fashion way with your BISO or by downloading over clocking tools.
Tempering with the Bios is easier.
Though having jumpers on the motherboard is a bonus as well.
The most annoying way to OC is by finding the clock generator’s model.
I have an app to overclock all parts of the computer ‘processor, ram, pci, pci-e’ but even if i overclock it a tiny bit, it still stuffs the computer and makes it restart straight away…the app is called ‘ClockGen’ and though it may work for you, it didnt for me and thus i dont recommend it.

Of course, using that you need to know your clock generator’s model and choose the correct one.
its hard for me to understand that you would tell someone about a software you dont recommend.

Did you not read properly what i wrote?
I said:

Im saying it may for work other ppl but not for me. If it didnt work for me, of course im not going to ‘recommend’ it, im just ‘suggesting’ it, savvy?
Yeh the place i downloaded it from said that it does and auto detect and if it the auto detect works, you cant change it. Well the auto detect worked for me but maybe it detected it wrong or maybe my mobo is just plain utter crap
Minimum System Requirements
OS: Windows Vista - Service Pack 1 / XP - Service Pack 3
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz, AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
Memory: 1.5GB, 16GB Free Hard Drive Space Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 / 256MB ATI X1900
Unless you want to melt your PC I wouldn’t bother trying to overclock it.
Either some CPU-Z shots or the CPU/MOBO/RAM info need to be provided. And I just OC’d one of these last week (uncles’ comp) and I barely got .15Ghz out of it. When these chips were made they just manufactured, see how fast they could run and remain stable, and clocked it at that. So odds are you’re not going to get much at all. Buy a cheap AMD Kuma/Mobo combo on newegg (~100 or a bit more) and you’ll be psyched about the difference.
