How to open .textclipping file extension files

I would really pleased if you help me on that, i tried many programmes that we shall find on web but could not manage to open .textclipping extension files. Is there a reliable and accurate programme to do that.

.textclipping is nothing more than a mac osx text file. EDIT: This will depend on how hold the .textclipping file is. Ones created with older OSX cannot be opened like this: to open it using notepad or any text editor. You don’t double click on the file. Go into notepad for example and do the file/open.
