.AOB FILE EXTENSION HEP

hi friends i downladed a music dvd it had vob and aob files i cant play .aob file extension i have tried installing the codecs please help me anybody

That is DVD-AUDIO (MLP Lossless audio) it is bit for bit identical to the studio master. This is the purest, best sounding audio. Breathtaking. Simplest way to play it is with ShaPLAY

Or if you’re more ambitious, use DVDAExplorer 2008.07.21 to extract the .AOB files. You will end up with .MLP files. http://www.videohelp.com/tools/DVD-Audio_Explorer
And play them with Winamp using the MLP/TrueHD Decoder Plugin

You can even convert the .MLP files to lossless WAV or FLAC.
