How to move forum?

Ok i have forum on one host and wanna move it other with all topics and users…i have ftp connections and stuffs,how do i move it?
Please help me!

download entire FTP folders…
download database (cpanel)…
on other host upload FTP, upload database… in short line…

Ok so i download all folders but then on new host i 1st install plain php then replace with my folders?Also how i can download cpanel?Oo
