how to make jingles?

I own a pretty popular css server and as my motd (message of the day) I was thinking of having a jingle something saying like
‘hello and welcome to Gamers-Source, do add us to your favourites. happy fragging’
or something, how could I make one of these with some cool music? or maybe someone could make me one, but anyway.
how? what program?

You could try the voice ringtone maker on [quote]http://www.zedge.net/[code] You can have one of the voices on there saying whatever you want and use your own music.
