How to Lock entire PC?

Is there any program to lock the entire PC including the HDD?
I tried with folder lock, but if we remove the HDD and put in other PC as slave then we can access the data.(Even if we log on in safe mode we can access those files)
The BIOS password or BIOS supervisory password also wont support this.
Is there any program for locking the entire PC with the HDD, please let me know.

Encrypt your HDD with PGP. Hard as hell to crack.
Even truecrypt is good.
