How to insert perfect subtitles in any movie ?
September 17th, 2013
Get another subs file and try
Check for the correct file, like many subtitles may vary due to file type.. DVD,Blueray,TC etc. watchout for rippers names like aXXo,XVID too.
you can edit the subtitles files yourself, but the other two suggestions are definitely a lot better.
just depends how you wanna do it
Use subtitle workshop

what s this ? in this is i need to change evry single dialog timing ?? :*(
I didn’t use Subtitle workshop for a long time – but there is option (just search for it) to add amount of time to subtitles for all dialog timing – and he will do his job – just add 2-3 seconds, first measure delay, enter seconds with plus for beginning and ending of subtitles and then subtitle workshop will do this automatically for each of dialog timing.
Or try this way, just search is the best way:

What video player are you using?
The more popular ones like VLC/KMplayer have an integrated feature to slow or speed up subtitles. Usually you just right click inside the screen and go to video – subtitle settings and manually insert + or – (mili)seconds.
The fastest would be to look up the ripper of your movie and go to subscene.com
and search for the exact same file name/ripper.
m using VLC but i can’t see any integrated feature to slow or speed up of subtitles
Try with right Ctrl+right arrow – it should speed up subtitle for 0,5s as i know – so you should do this 4-6 times – just hold Ctrl and press right arrow 4-6 times. Right Ctrl+left arrow will decrease for 0,5s.
