How to increase Mw3 Resolution?

The game states that its 1920×1080, but it looks like 1024×768…
What is up with this? Why is the resolution locked? I have the legit steam copy, any way to fix this issue?

Find in your game folder this folder – players(2) – from this folder open config.cfg with notepad and search for this: r_imageQuality “0” – change 0 to 4 or 5.
