Hey that’s very simple
You can use the ‘shapes’ option which you will find in the Insert Tab. Click on ‘Scribble’ option. You can draw any shape you want with this option but you will have to have a good hand at drawing. There are other shapes too which may be helpful to you.
After selecting a shape you want to draw, a ‘+’ sign will appear, you just have to click and drag as per your preference.
Once you have drawn an additional tab will be activated called “Drawing Tools”.
There is an ‘edit shape’ option. You can use this option if you want to make changes in the shape.
But one thing, this option will be activated only for certain shapes which you will have to find out.
That’s all!
