There are many sites which provide high quality 300MB movies. I want to know which is the simple and best software that can make 300MB movies.

Let the encoder itself decide based on the source and destination properties , Just set the constrained bitrate and 2 pass mode.

best software for tiny mkv might be “megui” or “handbrake”, but they aren’t that simple.
though there is simpler function like “one click encode”, which u may use for the first few time. and when u get some leisure time to learn more about how to convert with megui/handbrake efficiently, u could search around.
there are some simpler tool that use “handbrake” engine, u could try them too.
