How to block adds from hotspot shield using addblock plus addon ?

I assume since hotspot is delivering 100% of your content, if you try to block the ads their delivering, you will block the service.
IMO, don’t use hotspot shield, it’s a piece of crap.

It uses targeted advertising.
As nkrypt suggested, try ultrasurf, or even TOR browser, or even better, pay for a VPN solution.
