how explore Google Earth without net

I have download the Google Earth but it require internet connection to view its layer and take lot of data.
Is there any method to view every thing of Google Earth without internet connections.

No…It’s all direct streaming stuff
It stores stuff on your PC. to make it faster (cache)…. but only what it downloads
