How do you join files downloaded from filesmonster?

How do you join files downloaded from filesmonster?
I downloaded a multipart archive from filesmonster but when I tried to join the files, I got the error that the file is corrupted.
From googling around, I read that the free service of downloading multipart archives on filesmonster is just a front. It doesn’t work at all.
Is this really true? Or is there a special way to join the multipart files without the eventual file being corrupted?
Additional Details:
No, it has nothing to do with HJSplit or WinRar.
The individual files are Z01, Z02, Z03 and so on and the last file just being a zip file. WinRar can join them but the resulting file will be corrupted i.e. there it is not completely joined. It has got something to do with Filesmonster or the files themselves, not WinRar.
Somebody Please help!!!

Most likely the same way you do with .r01 files, extract the .zip.

Run the latest one (the one that begins with .ZIP) extract it with WinRAR and that is all!

Is that the site you need to dl with one ip?
I have dynamic ip so it did not work for me.

if it’s a zip file, you should be able to use winrar, if you try to extract via the first file in the series (that’s .zip not .z01)
however, since the files won’t do as both wo_Ot? and I have described, my best guess is that they are corrupted.
so you either need to download again, or find an alternative source. the second option here would be your best bet.

Forget it people! I’ve deleted the files. My advice… Do not use jdownloader to download as a free user from a very useless site like fileserve!

jdownloader rocks like a dream. is it filemonster, or fileserve? chances are the actual files you are trying to download were junk to start with, or they take a specific file joining/unpacking program. what exactly are you trying to download. it could probably be found elsewhere, and in working condition. giving up so easy gets you nothing, and we dont like nothing.
