How do I install iPadian on hospital PC?

I can’t because of the restrictions, and I can’t get help from the people who are responsible, already contacted them.

You can’t unless you hack an admin account could be extremely easy or PITA depending on restrictions set, unfortunately hacking discussions are disallowed here.
Edit: You might have some success by making the application portable and just running it from a usb stick (if the PC can read a usb pendrive).

Not sure what you mean by that, I’m sure you agree some rules are needed, there is a serious discussions thread here and some religious / political discussions have been allowed.
I used to use VMWare thinapp for this, haven’t done it for a lot of years, I don’t know if there’s something better currently. You need a relatively powerful PC for my method. I create a virtual machine ( with VMWare Player / Workstation or Virtualbox – use the same OS as the one that your hospital PC uses) and I use VMWare thinapp right after installation. This way you can get the best results.
