Free method to bypass IP blocking at hospital? [SOLVED]

I am have to stay in hospital for undetermined more time, I have lucky stay, this is new hospital, we have some wifi. Is anyone aware of any free methods, syetm, way of using a proxy server or similar for me to be able to visit my daily webpages? They blocks everything, 2 my free email account webpages, russian facebook version, my favorite news websites. I would be very appreciate of you if you can help me.

and then try to surf the internet and by the way get well soon and enjoy
