How do I configure DAP or FLASHGOT to download rapidshare

I finally got a rapidshare account but now I don’t know how to configure my download manager to download them. Dose anyone have any tips.

All have done is download
FREE DOWNLOAD MANAGER – Google It =), and it is the first link
Then i highlight about 10-15 links, right click and Flasgot Selection, then that opens up FDM and I press play and it download them all at once
