How do I Clone my OS Raid 0 to Single SSD?
August 12th, 2013
need some help with cloning my HDD, at the moment i Have 2 X Intel G2 SSD 80GB in Raid 0 for My OS drive (C:\) and i would like to clone this to my new Crucial M4 128GB drive the rest of the setup will remain the same.
What can i use to clone the raid 0 to single drive and just plug back in for it to just start working like my original OS?
I tried acronis but did not work or could not figure it out. I also tried Hdclone4 which seemed promising but when i swapped the drives over and set it up to boot from BIOS nothing happened so now back to the beginning.
any help would be appreciated –

Acronis True Image Home (you are probably using the wrong settings)

I can officially confirm it works with RAID 0 (I do it once a week on this desktop to backup to an external). RAID 0 array is just seen as a single drive.
You just restore that image to a single HDD/SSD – simples.
@OP – it should work with the simplest basic settings, but if in doubt read the manual.

Thanks for all you advice – at the moment i using the following software EaseUs TODO Backup free which looks really good, will let you know how i get on.
Thanks
Best of luck, but I would still recommend Acronis for reliability.
