How can i reduce my surfing/download/upload speed to 2.Kbps?

I had a fight with my sister
so i want to reduce my net speed so that she wont b able 2 use the net at all.

For downloads you can use the speed limiter at IDM

192.168.0.1 in internet explorer- login using your user/pass. Then find MTU settings and reduce it. Make a note of the number u changed so u can restore it.

If your router has QoS functionality, you may create a rule to reduce your sister’s % of bandwidth.

Net Limiter will do all that for you. However the mature way to deal with it isn’t to “try and get back at her” like a 2 year old, IMHO.

Its not like that, my sister’s laptop is at the service station n she wann use my Pc n i dont want it + i had a big fyt.
